Order and enquiry records are stored securely with access limited to staff who need them.
Retention
Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting. Marketing contacts are removed when you opt out.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. This data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Requests
Send data access or deletion requests on WhatsApp. We respond within 30 days.
